Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi, all,

I just got my a used copy of Dorothy Berliner Commin's All About the Symphony Orchestra 1961. I saw it, and thought it would be a good book for dd11 to slowly read and narrate. I just have not found a symphony program we can stick with. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this book: literary quality, accuracy, or good supplements. Dd11 plays piano and violin. dd7 plays piano. Dd11 was briefly in a string orchestra a year ago. It was a great experience, but we could not keep up with the 1 1/2 hour drive. Thanks!
