Song of the Morning is another anthology type of book.. I wish I could lay hands on my copy to tell you more but it's found that roving black hole that lives in my house When I can find it I'll try and post more. OOP but seems readily available for not much more than the cost of shipping.

I just downloaded The Emerald Story Book from archive.org Here's the link. I didn't look at every page but the scan didn't look too bad... There are extra carets and the title of each selection is repeated through the text, but the words don't seem too garbled.

Thanks for mentioning this book, I am sure my daughter will really enjoy it!

Just noted there are two Louis de Wohl books on St Helena.
St Helena and the True Crosspublsihed by Ignatius, I'm assuming this is a younger children's version?
and The Living Wood; Saint Helena and the Emperor Constantine

And I've just purchased Michael Hague's Family Easter Treasury and The Easter Book of Legend's and Stories - Elva Sophronia Hazeltine on your recommendations
