I know there are so many more urgent prayers. But if you could spare a prayer that my blogs and website are restored I would be so grateful.
This work represent years of work and so much knowledge, plans, record keeping etc. I kept meaning to back up but hadn't quite worked it out.
Blogger is blocking me from my accounts and has removed the blogs and website. I have sent urgent emails so praying I have successful responses, I'm trying not to panic (I don't know if they can be restored once removed)
Faith Filled Days is fine so far. But Aussie Book Threads and my family and learning blogs have been removed. Deep breaths here.
Btw if anyone in the know could email me on how to back up Faith Filled Days in case something happens there, I would be most appreciative.

Erin you can still see them through Google Reader so you can at least get the content but why have they done this??

Thank you for telling me that  So all is not totally lost. I can't access my google reader they are telling me We've detected unusual activity on your account but I could access my children's google accounts and try from there if I need to copy.
So praying they contact me soon and we can retrieve blogs and website.

The unusual activity seems to be viral today. Many people had their google accts hacked. I cannot send email b/c mine was hacked and over 500 email spam sent today.
I went ahead and provided my cell # to gain access. Hopefully this is a 24 hour block and we can all be moving on soon.
BTW: everyone please go ramp up the security on your accounts by changing the password

Erin...this is so upsetting. I'm praying that all will be restored SOON!!! I went to check on your blog just now and it's still down. 
Angi, do you or Erin know if Blogger has communicated if this will be a temporary thing for those affected???

Still nothing.
Angi, my trouble is no mobile reception out here, so I request and then go to town and when I type in the number is not valid. I'm hoping it is the time lapse. Today I'm going to request head toward town till I get reception then drive straight back.
But thanks for letting me know, you have saved me from panic.
I haven't heard from google, I'm supposing they could take ages, if ever.
If I can access my google account I may be able to retrieve blogs from google reader. I don't know about Aussie Book threads.
My advice is to back up your blogs. Can't tell you how to do that yet.
Thanks for the prayers they are keeping me calm.

Thank you all for your prayers 
Dh and I have been sick for a few days and haven't been thinking clearly. Dh went back to work today and took the mobile phone with him, he emailed me the verification code and all is well 
Blogs and website back on line. I did indeed change my password. I'll post over in Tea and Conv. when I work out how to back up blogs.

Whew! Where is the relieved emoticon!
Something similar happened to my oldest son this weekend -- he doesn't have a blog but his email account and other Google accessories went down. A verification phone call fixed things for him, too.
Scary though!
