My mother fell while riding her bicycle this morning and after much pain went to the ER. She has a cracked vertebrae and is being admitted. We don't know yet if it will require surgery or some other treatment.

She's quite upset and is need of comfort.

Thank you for asking, Jennifer. She found out today that she will not need surgery, but she will be in a brace for up to 3 months . I know she's not looking forward to that!
