Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Here is a post I did for a craft to celebrate St. Anne's feast day on the 26th. I know that it is early, but I had trouble finding the paper mache boxes and the little embossed paper frames so I wanted to give people time to gather supplies.

Charlotte,
There are so many ideas that can stem off your brilliant idea. My brain is already clicking.

I'm thinking for my 4th grade CCD class (and my girls), to get these book-boxes, have them decorate them, and keep their holy cards of Jesus, his family, and the family of saints as we observe their feast days throughout the year. By the end of the year they will each have a "photo album" of their spiritual family.

What a wonderful idea the Holy Spirit blessed you with, Charlotte. Thank you for sharing your inspiration.

Charlotte, I love this!! Where did you find the boxes? I will need to drive 30 miles to get them. We have 2 crafts stores 30 miles away in different directions--so a hint would be apprecaited

I found the box in the picture at Hobby Lobby but when I went back to get more, that was when I had some trouble. I couldn't find any more. I found some at Michael's and at Joann's Fabric and I think the ones at Joann's ended up being closest in design to the ones from Hobby Lobby. Hope that helps!

It certainly was the Holy Spirit! I was trying to go in a completely different direction and trying to force it to work and this one popped in out of the blue and was so perfectly formed, it must have been inspiration!

If it's easier, you can purchase them online
http://www.craftsetc.com/store/item.aspx?ItemId=108647&dep=5 0&cat=80&subcat=30&Search=Y
Since that didn't link- google "Crafts ETc..."
They have a set of three for $8.97. shipping is free for orders over $25.
Good luck-
Great idea! sending out my brand new driver right NOW to Hobby lobby.
