Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi Moms!

Last year, I purchased a Children's Lenten Sticker Calendar from LTP Publications per the recommendation of someone on this board who noted that it was on sale for 80% off...I think it was on sale because they no longer have it. It was such a marvelous calendar...probably 11x17 and it was a laminated pictire of a pasture with a river running through it. For every day during Lent, there was a sticker and a reading/lesson and Bible verse. My then 2 yo LOVED it...and now that she is 3 and almost 4, she THRIVES on stuff like that...

Can any of you help me? Do you know what I am talking about or where I could find something similar?

I tried making my own last year...it was super sad looking...I mean...well...it looked like a really ugly and depraved Candy-Land board.

If you know what I am talking about or have an alternative idea that may be similar (we are BIG BIG sticker fans in our home at this point)....please please let me know.

A bit last minute...I know...

God Bless,
Maggie

Wasn't that the Easter one "Garden of the Good Shepherd"? That was lovely.

I just ordered some calendars from Emmanuel Books, and I suspect they are the old Dumb Ox Publications calendars.

And I did the Lamb of God poster with stick on cotton balls. My mother made a chart for us that we used stars to mark our progress.

Personal Program gives a little explanation of the categories for the
Lenten Chart

Maggie ,

On the ltp website (ltp.org) go to the children section then click - At home- then go to page 3.

the good shephard calendar is on sale for 3 dollars.

We laminated our stickers a few years back and reuse them every year.

Maggie (Im still curious if you are just Maggie or if it is a shortened nick name -Im plain Maggie :)

Aha! Yes! Sorry about the confusion. You are right...it was the "Easter" Calendar. Now I remember...but the ark seems pretty neat, too! My almost 4 yo loves stuff like this...I am ordering both.

Thank you all for your help!!!!
