When I go to my bookmarked link it will not let me access the forums. I went to Elizabeth's blog and tried to access it through two links in her post and still no luck. I managed to go into history and get into the forums by clicking on my "active topics" url that was in my computers history.
Is anyone else getting an error message when coming through "the front door" so to speak?

And I can't find the links in Elizabeth's blog to test. Which posts are they in?

I am having problems accessing the forums this morning too - I can only get through in through a very old history link.
I get an HTTP 500 error.

Also having trouble posting - it takes a couple of tries. I get this message
This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

I couldn't get on the forums at all this morning - I can see everything now, but I'm not getting email notifications.
I got the same error message as Suzanne posted above.
I'm assuming the server was just down for a little while???

The server rebooted itself last night due to that wonderful Microsoft Update service, and the e-mail handling software failed to start up again normally. As such, the forum was unable to send any e-mails between approximately 3am and 9:45am CST.
Things are back to normal now.

Okay, thanks...glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing troubles and more glad to know it is no longer difficult to access the forums!!
