well, stop spamming, Paula!

if you attempt to post more than X number of times within a certain span of minutes, you will get that msg. I can't remember what the particulars are off the top of my head.

just know that it is by design.

And if the post says the exact same thing, for instance "I'm praying." It thinks it's spam - I've had that happen to me. Got to shake up the wording when you post one after another.
