Please say a quick prayer for us. We are making an offer on a house today after much needed change. I am really starting to think perhaps it is this old post house ( we are army) we live in that has caused all of the sickness ( Pneumonia, bronchitis, allergies, respiratory etc...and loss of babies ( 3 at four months/second trimester) I don't want to want to move in haste or emotions .. ( We delivered our last baby to heaven only May 21) but I am so ready for a change. I can't sleep wondering if we are doing the right thing. The house is in a wonderful location, but is small, esp if we grow again not to mention the cost...on top of this, my Dh is deploying in three to four weeks and won't be here to move us in. I have wonderful friends here who have offered to help me.
This house is in a better location for us, near the church, near friends, near activities we do vs where we are now ( about 25-30 minutes away)
Please pray for God's will and for peace.

*** God's peace came to my husband as he told me he felt we should wait to buy and instead should rent, so with much disappointment, but trust, we actually found a brand new home (with more sq ft) for rent on the same street, so we are still in a good location while Dh is deployed. We sign for the key next Thursday, and to top off the blessing, Post housing agreed to release us from housing early ( 15 day notice instead of 30 day notice)

Definitely praying for your peace. I know this has been a difficult time. Also asking that God make His will abundantly clear to you and your dh regarding this move/house. Asking St. Joseph to help out, too.

Trust. God will make clear the way if this is what He wants for your family.

I haven't stopped asking Our Lady of Sorrows to be with you and comfort you either.

Emily, I will most certainly be praying! I did not realize his deployment wsa coming up so quickly. please be assured of our daily prayers for your dh and your entire family.
Small can be good!! to be closer to Church and your other supports could be so worth it!

Thank you so much... I think we will make the offer on Wednesday since our Realtor is out of town until then... My mom wasn't too sure on the size.. she said we need more square feet... In my head I am making it work, and yes the kids will share two rooms and the fourth will be a schoolroom. I am still praying for God's will.. and direction.

Oh Emily, I know renting wasn't your first pick, but it sounds like it might be a blessing with more space and being let out of post housing early!
