I was just looking for myself.
CHC's is my favorite
Jessica shared these pages
And Domestic-Church has some neat ones. I had to open in new window to print.
While I think these images are GREAT, my son is looking for one that has St. George ON the horse, or at least a horse in one of the pictures. Never can please, can you?

These images aren't as clear, but there are three to blow up and print here. My son wasn't pleased with the image quality, but besides the lack of a helmet, they meet all his other requirements.

Found a few different ones:
Here's a link to a coloring page of Donatello's St George Sculpture
Patron Saint of Scouting has a few b&w images including some of Boy Scouts in the place of St George.

Great ones, Mary and Jennifer!
Don't miss the St. George ideas at Catholic Cuisine. There are some great dragon cakes!

Thanks. Those are great! My ds was a bit disappointed that there was no Una. Our version of the story is the Mary Hodges version excerpted from the Fairie Queene. But, I think he'll be okay...

Who says the feast day of a saint only has to last one day? We always celebrate St. George's feast day here and did yesterday in our own usual way, but after seeing Matilda's dragon cake on her blog, our two younger children went bonkers and begged to feast some more, now the day after the fact. I just want to thank everyone here for sharing all the time, and Matilda personally for inspiring our kitchen fun today. Thank you all!

My friend's daughter served a tea on St. George's feast day using Alice's Tea and Cake Book .
She writes:
"Emma had set the tea party date for Wednesday, the Feast of St. George. While she peeled the eggs for deviled eggs, she told me a legend about St. George that she had read in E. Nesbitt's book, The Book of Dragons and lamented the fact that we do not have a dragon cookie cutter. Life can indeed be trying! We decided that since St. George is the patron saint of England, having a tea party on his feast day would be enough."
Here it is:
