Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Our Bible study just finished reading I BELIEVE IN LOVE. Wonderful, powerful book... I think my favorite quote out of that entire book was that when we confess our sins to the Lord and bring all of them to Him, we give Him "the joy of being Savior." That just blew me away...

Did anyone see the Church Fathers Lenten Reading list? I'm rather intrigued by that one...

I Believe in Love is my favorite spiritual book. I have underlined and highlighted and wrote in margins until there's hardly any space left in my copy. I also have copied quotes on index cards and use them in my prayer book.
