I am looking for a site that lists possible bible verses, hymns, poems, quotes and prayers for copywork and that follows the liturgical calendar.
For example, September would have things listed that have to do with the exaltation of the cross and sorrows of Mary.
If anyone would like to share their own personal list that would be great!

I usually go to Catholic Culture and use the collect for the day. Or, I google the saint whose feast is being celebrated and use a quote from him or her.

Nicole--Since no one has offered a better selection, the only thing I can think of is to use the prayers and quotations offered on the monthly liturgical calendar at catholicculture.org...sorry, no time to link.

Nicole, I have used the Ave Maris Stella for Marian feasts but there are other sequences out there that are poetical and full of meaning that you could use for other feasts.
Veni Sancte Spiritus The Golden Sequence for Penecost.
Victimae Pascali Laudes The sequence for Easter.
In fact, if you get the English Translation on any of the beautiful gregorian chants, you have perfect copywork!!
Nicole this is a great site that has English translations on many well know gregorian chant pieces, I think you will find it most useful.
At present we are about to make a 'book' of copywork dedicated to Mary from Tomie dePaola's Mary: the Mother of Jesus Each page has the heading, eg: The Visitation and then I use the quote Tomie has that usually comes from liturgy that is appropriate for the feast, they are not big but it will be a lovely big project when we have completed the whole book!

On the same site here is a page that has the four Marian Antiphons. You have the children write them out when entering a new liturgical season.

In my searching I've discovered this great links page to Marian Poetry for all seasons of the year, feasts, months ect. Very comprehensive and useful, this will certainly be a resource I will use in the future for copywork.

I think we've discussed having a ready-made compilation for the liturgical year of copywork. But I can see that it would be hard to really have a perfect listing. Interests, ages, and comprehension level vary. Someone could be focusing on the virtue of charity, and working in copywork quotes related to that theme.
The monthly Magnificat or a Daily Missal will have some great material that you might be able to work into your copywork -- readings from the day, quote of the day, hymns, etc. I'd also recommend the Liturgy of the Hours, especially if it includes the Office of Readings. Many times there are passages from the saint of the day that you might have a quote to use.
