Jenn, for the paginated one, do I print double-sided and then put into booklet form or just print it out? Thank you for this!

The way I did it was tedious, but I printed one page at a time, first the front, then the back, then folded together. I think a paper cutter and a saddle stitch stapler will be helpful. I think they have these at Staples sometimes.

Thank you so much.
I printed them on 2 sides and folded and stapled them.
It worked great, I am going to put a big heavy book on them. 
PS: I have a big honkin stapler my father gave me for GIANT stapling.

So glad you bumped this, Mary. This is a terrific resource. We used it last year and it was both inspirational and easy to do. The children really enjoyed the approach of combining picture study with Scripture and a brief but thought-inspiring meditation. Thank you, Jenn!
