We left off here and received beautiful prayers for our first foster care placement here. After almost 3 weeks, we have our first meeting with the case manager.

We are facing very serious issues, both in what the children need and the lack of support from the agencies involved. Please pray for truth and justice and for the protection of these little souls.

Miss you and am praying mightily for all of us!

My Honey, God bless him, called our agency and demanded - I mean strongly suggested - that someone from the agency attend the meeting. Guess what? Two showed, one being a new supervisor .

Thank you all very much for your prayers and concern . The meeting went well as a whole. It's just unceasingly warped...everything. What appears obvious, urgent, and of common sense to me is not seen or is ignored by the workers involved. There are so many workers involved and the communication is so poor...it is shocking, really. God sure does love His children, though! I was able to advocate for them and in the end, adult hearts softened and we were able to work together without being defensive (a miracle in and of itself.)   The Holy Spirit moved so profoundly in my home that we reaped unexpected blessings for hours after the meeting . Now we're back to normal .

The next few weeks are crucial to the kind and amount of support these children and their family will receive in the future. Please, please, please, continue to shower your prayers upon our foster children "Sunshine" and "Rocky", their family (especially Mom,) and their workers. St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!

Also, consider yourselves invited to my new blog, Fostering Truth. Thanks!

Another meeting today. Plus these children are on a squeeze plan for visititations - lots of them, all at once . Court date and apparant reunification is next Wednesday. Please pray that the children and their Mom can receive the help they need.
