Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My vote was a maybe. My husband is a convert of 1 year and we have a Latin Mass 50 minutes away. When I asked him if we could attend once in a while, he said I could if I wanted . So I guess that is a no for now. Yo never know what will happen in the future,

God Bless

I put maybe because we live an hour away from the nearest parish.   Somehow I doubt if an indult would extend to our "station church" out here in the mountains. There is a weekly service but sometimes it has to be a communion service because of not enough priests. We already have a Tridentine Mass weekly down in "town" but it's 60 miles away so we attend only a couple of times a year.

I love the Latin Mass though and if circumstances were different I would choose it in a heartbeat and so would most of my family.

I voted maybe because I have only attended a Latin Mass once. I loved the prayers which we were able to follow in English in a booklet. The words were sublime and the reverence was tangible. This was a long time ago and I don't remember exactly but I think that it was a NO mass in Latin. I think I wouldn't mind that but I don't think I would like to go back to a pre-Vatican II mass.
I wonder what kind of effect going back to Latin being prevalent in mass would have. I wonder if people would feel that they can't relate to the mass. We, in the homeschooling world, seem to be more used to Latin. I wonder if Catholic education would have to change in order for the coming generations could relate to a Latin mass.
Our parish is not a liberal parish. We don't see the abuses that some of you have experienced. The only thing I hate about our parish is the music-I dislike when they change the words of the songs to use inclusive language.   Thank God they don't use inclusive language in the mass itself.
I am rambling so I'll stop now,
