I used it for the first couple of months with my latest baby. I liked how easy it was to clean and loved how it prevented my milk from leaking all over my clothes like regular nursing pads. The only complaints I had were the price ($20 when it only lasts about three months) and that I had difficulty pulling it off discreetly when nursing. Maybe I just don't have the knack for doing it properly. If the price were lower I would buy them for my next baby, but I probably won't if it stays at twenty dollars.

I had a friend who used and loved them! The cost kept me from trying them, but she was a yoga instructor and she wore them without a bra while teaching all the time.

I got them new and cheap on ebay w/ my first baby. They didn't work for me, but I'm a heavy leaker.

I think I'm going to try some wool nursing pads.

I've heard people say they can lead to yeast infections, so I stayed away from them.
