Are there any picture books about the Holy Family's Flight into Egypt? My girls are fascinated with this right now.

I too would love to know of any picture books on the subject. In the meantime, here is the address of a site with a favorite image, "Rest on The Flight into Egypt":
http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/database/image.asp?id=10615
If you do a search on the above site or other art websites you'll be able to find many more.
There is a wonderful chaper on the Flight Into Egypt in Maria Augusta Trapp's book, "Yesterday Today and Forever", entitled "The Fugitive". which contains some inspiring thoughts on this blessed topic.
The Flight Into Egypt is a good source for contemplation if you are ever feeling isolated or lonely in any difficulties you may face...imagining the Holy Family's experience, of being so far removed from all earthly attachments and consolations, softens any struggles we might have.

Oh, that is a lovely picture! And I love that chapter from Maria Trapp's book. Those are definitely read-aloud stories, despite not having pictures.

Mary's First Christmas has a reference to the flight to Egypt. I don't know of any entire books that are devoted just to the flight to Egypt.

Joseph's Story: The Birth of Jesus has a few pages on the flight into Egypt as well as some historical notes on the route the Holy Family took and so on.
Servant-
I love that print, too, and have had it hanging in my bedroom since I was first married.

I haven't read these, but a quick search turned up:
* Mary's Little Donkey and the Flight to Egypt (here at Amazon UK). It looks really cute.
* Catholic Children's Treasure box. I'm not sure which one, but I remember something, I think.
* Mary: The Mother of Jesus by Tomie dePaola has a 2 page spread.
(I have the Rest on the Flight Into Egypt framed picture and we even have sent out Christmas cards with it! )
ETA: I found Mary's Little Donkey on Amazon U.S. with a good review! here

I was at the Baldwin Project website the other day and saw this The Flight Into Egypt
It's not a picture book, but it is a lovely story. And if your children like to draw, it would be easy for them to illlustrate. That's in our plan for next week. We will be learning about Joseph and Pharoah and bouncing around to Jesus being in Egypt as well.

And a review for Mary's Little Donkey
here
It's not a picture book, though. It's 156 pages!
The stubborn, dirty little donkey who is of no use to anyone in Nazareth becomes a quick and willing helper under Mary's care. The other animals in Mary's stable like him and together they wait for the birth of Mary's child. But Mary and Joseph have to leave Nazareth obeying Caesar's decree, and the donkey carries Mary to Bethlehem where the child is born. The donkey hopes to carry Mary and her son quickly back to Nazareth but instead they have to flee to far-away Egypt. Willingly, the donkey makes this journey through the desert. Only after a long time could they return home where the other animals in Mary's stable welcome them. An engaging alternative to the traditional Christmas story, to be read to children age 6-8, or for children age 8-10 to read to themselves.

I just got the Demi book, Mary, from the library. It has just two pages on the Flight into Egypt, but what a lovely two pages!
