For May (and the preparation for Consecration), I would like to sing the Ave Maris Stella with my family. I don't think I know the tune and I would prefer to have a CD or an online source for the song. I've done a couple of searches and can't find it.

Any suggestions?

I could only find the chant in chant notation at the CMA website -- I don't remember having it on my CD's:

pdf file at CMA

On the sidebar of the pdf document there is a index entry for Ave Maris Stella.

I also found other tunes -- but no chant source. That seems funny...

The chant version is beautiful (both A and B) A is my favourite - Maryan's pdf file has the chant notation to both (I think from a quick glance) ...if only I could just give you a call and sing it over the phone to you....
