I am so very tempted to order these little from booklets the Tasha Tudor Family website . They have several on building stone fences to raising chickens . So I'm curious have any of you Ladies read these ? If so were they helpful ? I'm not one for long complicated drawn out explanations from big books and am hopeful these may be practical & simplistic .
What do you think ?

Roxie -- these are the booklets published by Storey Publishing ... and they are wonderful ... just the facts, if ya know what I mean

Storey also publishes the Country Wisdom and Know-how which is a great compilation of lots of little bits and pieces for living the "country" lifestyle. Storey also publishes 101 Designer One-Skein Wonders ... which has one of my hand-knit designs in it!

I didn't look at the pictures, but I was going to post that Storey has those great little booklets. Glad to hear that they are one and the same.

I really like almost all of Storey's publications. They are informative, but short and to the point. Just what you want, Roxie. I first was introduced to them at Lehman's in OH, but I've seen the little pamphlets at our local Southern States, too.
