Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I've decided that I really should be a bit more systematic with using a catechism. I quite like the Balitmore Catechism and often the dc and I have lots of lovely discussions going off on tangents

I have started using the No2 with the older dc 13 and 11(nearly 12). The problem is that I don't always know the answers I have just been doing an internet search and I thinkthat the no. 4 may have answers and I've packed that book away Am I correct in thinking that No. 4 has answers?

Are you talking about the answers to the SJBC multiple choice and such at the end of a lesson? If so, then I'm not sure if there are answers. However, the BC 4 does have an indepth explanation of every one of the other Q and A that are typically memorized. When our dc had really deep theological questions on something, then we found the Catechism of the Council of Trent to be very helpful read together with the Catechism of the Catholic Church (the first one is more detailed and precise in language, while the second one is a bit less harsh in phrasing - but doctrine doesn't change so seeing them together helps).

If you are looking for Answer Keys to the Baltimore Catechism, Seton
sells them!

I hope this helps.

I was asking more about the discussion questions, some are really tricky and then the dc come up with tangent questions again.

I've been jotting down their questions that I don't know the answer too. Perhaps I should bring them here and ask.
