Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

On my blog, I just posted a bunch of pictures and an explanation of how our homeschool group celebrates All Saints' Day with a saint parade, saint carnival-type games, and potluck dinner. You can also see some pics of my sweet girls, Mary Clare as Our Lady and Ellie as St. Clare of Assisi. We had SO much fun! This is my favorite feast of the year!

Blair...what can I say??    I loved everything about your party. All the parents did a wonderful job at the booths and everything was soooo creative!! The Stone Rosary was too cool. You have really inspired me (and for an old mom who's done it a few times and gotten a little tired, that's a very good thing ). Thank you for all the pics on your blog and for posting here!!

You're welcome! Actually none of it (except the facepainting booth and my girls' costumes) was my idea...the hostess must have done these before b/c she had it all figured out for the first party last year. And the location at their 180 acre picturesque property with gorgeous old farmhouse makes it even more enjoyable! Of course, spending time with the beautiful Catholic families should be what we treasure most of all (as I'm trying to work more on focusing on the people and not the events we go to!). Really a fun afternoon/evening though. I can't wait for next year!
