Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Due to 2 family business we really shut down school for the month of Dec. I have spent the great part of the day planning our Winter/Spring semester. Looking for special ideas for Feast Days for Jan and Feb. Any suggestions???

Congrats on getting the Winter/Spring planning on track. I think that we have some resources here that would benefit you greatly for planning the feast days for the next two months. There is a sticky note thread at the top of this Domestic Church forum called Liturgical Year Planning Threads. Each month of the year and the special liturgical seasons have their own thread linked there. A couple years ago members worked to post the calendar for each month with main feast days and memorials - activities, ideas, and resources are included.

Here are the links for January and February. I'm also going to bump those threads in the hope that members add to them new ideas and resources. This is one of my favorite things to plan, so always looking for more.
