Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have a friend, and her dad told her that she's a mistake and that he doesn't love her, they aren't catholic or christian. Her mom died when she was nine, and everyone, except for her friends and big brother, tells her that she's a mistake and should've been the one to of died. I just feel really sorry for her and would really appriciate it if you'd pray for her.
Thanks

Oh, Emily....this is so sad.........to feel so unwanted.

We will pray for your friend. It is very sweet of you to ask for prayers for her.

We will pray for you to be a good friend to her, to let her know how valued she is.........and that you can share with her what how much God loves her and wants her. It sounds like she could really use Jesus for a friend, and Mary for a mother.

With love,

Oh how horrible for her. Praying that she know God's love and the love of others!

How sad and untrue. The whole idea that people can decide what life is valuable or not is such a rampant, harmful and destructive lie. God and God alone has let us, His created children, know that each and every one of us is precious to Him. There is no other possibility! May God's truth of His abundant love come to your friend Emily. My guess is that your friend is already seeing Christ through you .

Love,

Emily, you are a true blessing for your friend - and I will say a prayer for your friend. My brother and I grew up in circumstances similar to that of your friend's and I know that it is God who has supported us. I pray for the same for your friend.

Thanks for letting us know of her nned.

Emily, prayers for your friend and her father are on the way. It sounds as though her father is in a lot of spiritual and emotional pain. It's wonderful that you are being such a good friend right now.

Thanks everyone!
