I will be hosting a Carnival of Meatless Recipes during Lent. If you have any recipes you'd like to share, please feel free to pm me the recipe, or you can send me a link to your post and I'll link it on my blog. You don't have to have a blog to participate. I will post your recipes on my post. I will be sharing some of my kid-friendly meatless recipes for the next 6 weeks.
Meredith will take over right after Easter with It's Four O'Clock, Do You Know Where Your Dinner Is?? after Easter.
Let's get some delicious meatless recipes for all to share

I think this would be a great on going thread, as most Catholics don't eat meat on Fridays year round. It could sort of help remind and help us keep to our sacrifices.
Is'nt kind of me to suggest more work for you

I agree, Molly. I actually tried doing this back in November. I hope to keep it going year 'round, if we keep the recipes coming. Yum!

Yes, Molly. That sounds great. I've never heard of her before, but I looked up the cookbook, and looks like it has great recipes. You can email me the recipes, or pm them and I'll post them on Friday.
