My dh and I are in charge of our parish's bus trip to the March for Life this year. This will be the first year our parish has chartered a bus and so far we have 35! people signed up to go!!! (last year we only had 10 people from our parish go and 4 were my dh and older kids and 1 was our pastor) so having 35 already is a big deal for us. The other great thing is that last year our kids were the only ones to go. This year besides our 6, we already have 9 other kids who will be attending with their families!! Woohoo! It was great to see these families change their minds and decide to go ahead and take their kids out of school for the day!

Most of the people who are going have never been to a March before so we wanted to send them a list of tips and such for preparing for the March along with good things to bring etc. Could you all share any of your tips for first time Marchers with me so I could pass them on to our group? We really want to do everything we can to make this an exceptional experience for all of them.

Also any tips for those of us in charge? Things to make it easier etc? Even suggestions for good movies to play on the bus!
