How do you know if a section of your blog is private or not? I made a curriculum "page" and thought I made it private, but as I'm on my computer, or course *I* can see it! I don't know if I want it public yet or not. It's not exactly confidencial information, although the type-o's might be embarrassing. I just want to know if the private thingy is working or if I didn't do it right.
Would anyone care to let me know?

Martha, I was just at your site and I saw three tabs at the top: Home, Baby Poems and Curriculum. Is the last tab the page you are concerned about? Each tab opened a page I could read. (Since you said it was private, I didn't, I just clicked off.  ) I don't know wordpress, or else I'd try to help you figure out how to make it private.

yep, that's it alright.
don't mind if you look.
i mostly made it private so I could see how it looks/works without giving the viewing public the mangled pre-cleaned up viewing. 
i'll have to play with it some more...

Martha, if you really want it private, click the 'start another blog' option, then as you set it up, make sure you click the 'private' option. you will then have two blogs in your dashboard. the private one will only let people you approve in. our homeschool blog was private for awhile, i may go back that way.
