Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I know it's really early to be thinking about this but every June we usually go to the HEAV convention in Richmond. Apparently, this month they will be opening registration (and I'm also assuming the room block at the Marriott) for next June. Since the IHM conference is the same weekend, I thought I would ask for a comparison hoping someone here has been to both. Keep in mind I'm in my 6th year of homeschooling so I don't really need the "How to Get Started" types of talks. Also, by then I'll be a new Catholic....as will some of my children, hopefully.

Sooo....I'm looking for a comparison of the focus and quality of the talks and also the number of vendors at one compared to the other. (I love the huge vendor hall at HEAV .)
