Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi!

I just got my Zo and I'm ready to go! My dh wants me to make some cinnamon raisin bread. I'm going to start with the recipe in the manual.

If you set the timer to have this made BY morning, when do you add the raisins? Would it work to just add them with the other ingredients the night before? Do I use water at room temperature (as opposed to when I use the Bosch and it is 110 degrees)?

For those of you who used freshly milled grain, do you adjust recipes for the Zo and how?

What recipebooks do you use to make bread in the Zo? I do have the Breadbeckers cookbook and a few other recipebooks that utilize the Bosch. I also got the recipes for wheat bread from my other post about the Zo. But I wonder if there are any books that would be good?

I'm a little nervous to make this first loaf. It's got to impress my dh!
