This year was more difficult the last couple of months, too, because Hannah would have made her First Holy Communion this past month, as did her first cousin who is 2 weeks younger. I felt her absence more keenly, I suppose. Most of the time I'm a pretty optimistic, happy-go-lucky soul.... and things are once again about back to normal.
