I have a very basic question. How do you store your bread? I am talking specifically store-bought, since home-made bread doesn't last long enough to be an issue.

My problem is the bread and rolls seem to mold very quickly, especialy the multi-grain and french bread. I can't find a bread box to fit even half of the bread that I have at any given time.

I keep mine in the freezer, and pull the next one out before the last one is completely gone.

We keep ours in the freezer too - I pull out the slices as needed and let them defrost.
