Dh and I just watched this movie, Waiting for "Superman".

I know it's been out for a while. It was really good, but so sad and depressing. Made both of us start praying for those helpless children who are victims of the adult unions.

So sad. Made us so glad that we have choices and ability to do homeschooling.

I first watched it about 6 months or so ago. I felt the same way - and so thankful that we can homeschool.

The problem seems to big and hopeless....

Yes, everything you said. One of the local radio hosts was talking about a very successful charter school trying to open here in San Diego. It received huge opposition because the regular public schools see it as a threat. So sad.

We felt the same! At the time we let our older two girls watch with us because we thought they could handle it. They were both in tears at the end. A different appreciation for the way they learn from both of them
