My husband is looking for swim trunks that look like regular shorts that are quick drying material. He needs these for summer camp activities. I assume there is such a thing, but no idea what they were called or who sells them. Anyone seen any? Price is a concern too.

I'm guessing LLBean is your best bet for that sort of short.

oh definately try Sierra Trading Post too. They carry clearance items

or the outlet at REI.
