Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My son is 9 years old and asked me to ask what other boys his age, who are allowed to play games, are playing. He has 30 minutes of free pc time, 4-5 days a week. Any wholesome and free games on the internet?
Please give me a link if this has already been discussed.
Thanks alot,
Robin

My Game-King just got home from TaeKwonDo and this is what he recommends:

*Check out the Lego website. They have a games page.
*Nic.com has lots of games.
*Minecraft has a free trial version for PC.

My 10-year-old son loves games on Lego.com. Both he and his 9-year-old sister also enjoy CoolMath.com as well, particularly the games where you run your own coffee stand/hamburger joint, etc.

BBC History for Kids has some fun war-strategy (as in, The Battle of Trafalgar) games and other things which my kids have liked playing.

We've also recently discovered some fun biology/medicine-game apps on Google Chrome, though you do have to monitor somewhat for content, as they aren't all designed for children. But my 9-year-old has enjoyed -- weirdly enough -- the surgery games she's played. They are pretty interesting . . .

Robin, I hope you and yours are well.

Sally
