WOOO HOOO I am having a lovely day, thank you all! My big present is going to see Bruce Springsteen tomorrow night! I'm 16 all over again  . The family is also making me a big meal with cake on Sunday, when we're all able to be together .
Remember our discussion about collecting Greatest Hits? Well, I hope my family can handle all the Springsteen flowing through Spotify here! I found a list of all live songs - it's sort of like a pre-game warm-up for the concert

Springsteen!!! That is so awesome, Angie! In your honor, the kids and I are going to listen to some Springsteen while making treats to hand out tomorrow. Baby We Were Born To Run..... I get goose bumps! Wait, I hope he sings Santa Clause is Coming to Town. Ahh, the memories of being stuck in mall traffic listening to that and singing...you were even fun back then!

Dave asked me what song I most hoped he would sing and I said "Santa Claus is Coming to Town!" because I haven't heard him do it in concert AND I'm right back in that car, stuck in snow traffic, watching people choose to be miserable, my lil sis and me singing THE BOSS at the top of our lungs

Tami, I honestly pray for Bruce to return to the Church of his youth . Imagine what a witness he could be! He has been quoted to say once you're a Catholic, you're always a Catholic and I easily see his wrestling with the faith in his music. Then I sit back and enjoy the music of my youth...his voice belting out my own fear, frustrations, and fun...plus he turned out to be really cute, remember that?
My life is better because of him. So it's up to me and all of us who love to pray each other to heaven
