I once left a note pinned to his bathrobe when he went away on a business trip. He called me and said, "Um...I got your note." We laughed, but that's about as creative as I ever got.

For PG #2,I had just put my dd to bed and proceeded to go to the kitchen and fix myself a VERY large banana split and bring it to bed, my dh took one look at me and said, YOU"RE PREGNANT!! We had a good laugh

Our first pregnancy, DH was in Italy when I found out I was pregnant. The doctor immediately ordered an ultrasound because we weren't sure about dates.
I inserted the ultrasound pics into his Valentine's card, mailed it, and waited for him to call to let me know he got it.    

I always plan to let DH know in a creative way, but I can't keep it from him long enough anymore to have fun with it.

Ok. Well so much for using any creative ideas this time around! I've always just told DH. When he called from work he asked if I was feeling well. I guess I sounded strange. Anyway, since I burst out crying, he figured it out.

I am still shaking over this. I took two tests because I couldn't believe the first. So, to answer your question Tim (brave soul), yes.

For PG#3, dh had moved ahead of us to Virginia to find housing. I sent him the actual pregnancy test. The mail sure can be slow. I even sent it priority. He was excited, but also thought it was a little gross.
