Hi moms,

I don't know why I didn't think to send this earlier as I know there are some local moms and also some just north in Orange County on this forum.

Advent Retreat for Homeschooling Mothers
Saturday, December 1
San Rafael Catholic Church, Rancho Bernardo(North of Poway, South of Escondido)
10:30 a.m. - Holy Mass
11:15 a.m. - Brunch
12:00 p.m. - Retreat with Laura Berquist

Laura will give two talks, "Prayer: Food for the Soul" and "Staying the Course: How to Avoid Burn-out". There will be prayer and lovely music, some sharing and testimonies, and a coffee/tea bar!

This is the third one I have put on and the previous two were great.

All are welcome! Let me know if you have any questions or if you are able to attend.

That sounds so great, Erica! I wish that I was closer and could hang out with you all. I can't think of a better way to start Advent than with a relaxing, refocusing retreat like this. What a great idea.
