No right clicking for me, cuz I have a Mac.

I have a file saved on my desktop. Every time I write a post, I copy & paste the appropriate tags in AND add the technorati ping URL to my trackbacks box. I also add the HTML for a "horizontal reference" (line) to separate the tags from my post. Like this:

<hr>
Tags:    (insert tags here)

To get code for the tags, go to Technorati's tags page and enter the tag you want to add. Then look in the left panel for a link to click to get the code.

I don't duplicate tags for my Typepad categories because Technorati picks those up as tags also. So, for example, if I've picked "Books" for the Typepad category of a certain post, I don't enter a tag for books at the bottom of the post. But I might add tags for "children's literature," "children's books," "kidlit," etc.
