Ladies,

I read through all of the food posts last week and came across a recipe for a potato bake - I've searched the forums and cannot find it. I want to say it was posted by Jen L - but I can't even remember that right now

...

Can someone help and direct me to the recipe? I was going to have my girls make this for dinner tonight.

I'm sorry Maria, but it wasn't me. I went looking for the potato bake recipe here and I couldn't find it either. I didn't see it on some of our members food blogs either. I know it is too late for tonight, but what type of ingredients were in it? Eggs?

Maria, I've looked and looked and haven't found anything! I did find a recipe for mashed potatoes... can you remember any of the ingredients or maybe when it was posted? Was it in the archives?

Oh, I knew I had seen it somewhere, too, but couldn't remember where! Now I see I even left a comment there about how good and easy it sounded!
