Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was wanting to have the kids make placemats for all of our guests this year. I was going to laminate them. I would love to hear some ideas!!! We have almost all possible art supplies.

I think my favorite is the hand print turkeys.. they can be made with lots of different mediums.. paint for a hand print.. hands traced and colored with crayon/marker.. cut out of construction paper and pasted..

Paper weaving makes a great placemat. Just weave strips of two "fall-ish" colors of construction paper, then laminate.

Doesn't Jan Brett have Thanksgiving placemats to print out and then color? This would be an easy option.

Here is one that is a combo between the woven paper mat Theresa suggested and the classic turkey handprint.

And this one from Michael's website is really cute with the thumbprint turkeys.

And this is another handprint idea but with the Mayflower ship - cute.
