Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Nothing like returning to a commercial, right?

But yesterday I went to Staples to see if there was any help for my sad copy
of Hours in the Out-of-Doors (CM Nature study book).

The top staple was gone, and the pages were flopping all over, making it hard to work with and read. I had it rebound- looks fabulous!

And a bonus- spiral binding for books of 40-180 (I think) pages is 20% off this week. It was only $3 to give my book new life. I have several others that I now want to rebind... it's so much easier when a book can lie open flat on a table.

What a deal!!! Glad you were able to save your book for such a great price.

Hmmm....you have me thinking now about what books I could have done.

(Did you get the free batteries at Staples while you were there?? Check the ad - there is 100% back in the form of a Rewards Check for Duracell batteries).

No- I missed the batteries. I am fighting a bad cold and just ran in and out when I thought the store would be least crowded.   If I get a chance to go back, I will look for those!
