Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Last night I made this Cilantro Cream Chicken it was very tasty!

Cilantro Cream Chicken

4 chicken breasts (I used a package of tenderloins)
3 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper
1/2 cup choppped fresh cilantro

Brown chicken in butter and season with s&p. Remove chicken from pan and add cream cheese in cubes with butter and dripping from chicken. Add whipping cream, lime juice and cilantro. On med heat, stir all ingredients until melted. Put chicken back in sauce mixture. Cover and cook on low 15 min til chicken is done. Serves 4. Serve with rice or pasta.

Hope you like it!

This sounds wonderful, Mary Chris! And just in time, as I'm headed to the grocery later today, and my cilantro is coming up and needs to be picked and used. Thanks!
