I am blessed to have been invited here by Rebeccca (asplendidtime) from another forum we are both members of.  My husband and I are currently in the process of converting to Catholicism from being life-long Protestants and we are SO excited. I have been devouring books on apologetics, the saints, anything I can get my hands on. 
We have 5 young children who were all baptized last Saturday! A local monsignor approved their baptism before we are officially confirmed because my husband and I had already been baptized, as Protestants.
I am so happy to be here and I have a lot to learn, so hopefully I do not get too annoying!  May God bless you all!

Welcome! You will find so many helpful people here, and so many answers to your questions. I know that when I found these boards I felt like I'd finally found "my people," the moms and families who loved books and learning and God as much as I do...I hope your experience here will help your family draw closer to God and find ways to learn together at home.
And...wow! Congratulations on the baptism of your children. I can just imagine your joy...it must have been such a beautiful, happy day!

Thank you! And my name is Kristi by the way I'm trying to figure out how to add a signature with my info...when I click on settings and then "Profile Information" nothing shows up...hmmm
