Ladies, could I ask a quick favor? At my blog and here at the forums I see certain words that are highlighted in green and underlined. If I hold the cursor on those words I get some sort of weird "game vance" advertisement and I have no idea where it is coming from. Do you see those green words at my blog or in my posts here? I hope not.
I think I have a teen aged son to talk to!

Thanks Erin! I'm relieved! I would hate to think those annoying messages were popping up for others too.

, my kids always ask before they download something. Apparently this ds decided it was okay before asking. I'm glad I have a hillside of scrub trees that need clearing today!

A reader at my blog was seeing random advertising links in my posts where I had none. I had no idea where they were coming from, especially as I never saw them myself. Another reader suggested that particular toolbars -- Bing or Yahoo -- will impose these ads into blog text. I never got a longer explanation, but apparently it happens. And I don't think we've had any downloading going on . . .
