Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We just heard back from a company who suppilies thier product in both print form and e-form . I wrote them regarding shipping costs to here . They responded saying they've found because they are such a small business often shipping is very costly . Most of thier out of the USA customers just purchase the ebook and have it printed somehwhere .
So my question is now how does one go about doing this ? I've heard people get books bound at staples but how do I get the book to them ? would staples have costs of this online so I can estimate price ?
I've avoided ebooks up until now but the idea does make sence like they said for people who live far away . I'd love to hear some expereinces with this idea
Thanks , Roxie

I know that I can email ebooks to Kinko's. I would think that Staples would offer the same service.

You can print the book out yourself and take it to be bound. Or you can bring the file on a disc or a flash drive and they will print and bind for you.

Staples charges by the page to print, and by size for binding. I don't have them print, so I don't know the cost. But I bind things often. The cost is about $2.00 for an average size book with a plastic cover.

Our local shop I could email or bring in the book for them to print. And the more pages they print the cheaper it is per page.. if you don't have a laser printer it will probably be cheaper to have someone else print it for you.

If you were planning on doing this often another option is to buy a comb binder and do it yourself. I purchased mine on ebay. I print myself and then bind it.

I finally broke down bought a laser printer and a comb-binder (got my binder cheap on ebay too) and now I am saving lots of money

I am old, so I have to have the book in my hand
And my hubby is convinced I am trying to print out the internet.

I still occaisionally will take something to have it spiral bound - like a (gasp!) workbook for one of the kids or something. We love the copywork books with themes, and my girls will do their nicest work and send it off to their Godparents for a gift.
They have all loved it.
