Hi all, our 18-yo dd who's studying culinary arts and sciences is required to interview (either live or online or e-mail) someone who is/was in the hospitality industry.

She has 10 questions, which I can post here if you'd rather see the questions first before you agree to be interviewed.

I *do* know some people who fit this description but they're not exactly good role models, so I hesitate to have my child interview them.... so I thought I'd ask here, in case some of you (or if you have an older child) were/are in the hospitality industry. Obviously I think of most everyone here as good role models .
