I need a semi-formal dress for dh's Christmas party. The other women wear little short dresses. Can I wear a floor length dress? Is that too formal?
Here is one that I am considering. What do you think?

The website says that due to high demand, they are out.
I think you might need to find somethign else (there isn't even a picture up of it now).

I believe the rule is that you can always dress more formally than indicated but not less. So even if it's more formal.. you're good.
