Thank you, God! I thought we would never get an offer. We did have to make a counter-offer, with 2 small changes. Please pray that this family (a military family with 3 small kids-just like us) accepts it! They will be making their decision in the next hour.

They accepted it!! And the best part-we should have enough profit to pay off about 50% of our Katrina debt!!!!    I know I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch but I am so happy and relieved.
