Is anyone interested in learning about how our thinking affects our feelings and how we react and behave then using what we've learned to help us with Lent?

Since August I’ve been changing the way I think in reaction to events. Very slowly I’ve been trying to form new, healthy, and truthful habits of thought so that I can be a better child of God, wife, and mother. As Lent approaches, I will revisit the work I did in August to refresh my motivation and I will consider my efforts to “give up” distorted thinking as part of my Lenten sacrifice. The bonus of this work is that it will also help me to better achieve and maintain other behaviors I choose to do or avoid during Lent such as getting to bed on time or avoiding sweets. This type of interior work is a wonderful companion to prayer and other interior work as well.

If there is interest, I think/hope I can present the material in a mother friendly way . Mom-to-mom discussion will help clarify the material. I can begin presenting it Monday and anticipate that one week should do it. Thanks!
