Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi. Nothing really important to post.

Does anyone else start checking in too early Sunday evenings in the hope that the board is back up? (or is that just me? ). I know it is earlier for me being on Pacific time.

Anyway. I have nothing really important to say, no good question to ask. But I was a little bit lonely and was longing for some time with my friends. You guys.

Do you all know just how much I appreciate all of you? To know you are all here with always a kind word, a needed prayer, a cyber hug?

So, thank you.

Apparently, I'm guilty as well, but it is almost not Sunday anymore here.

Hi Laura.. I was here just before it opened and now here I am again. But then I mostly sit here at the desk when nursing the baby so I have time.. and often on the weekends when things tend to be slower anyway plus with Sunday off here.. I'm often waiting for someone to show up and post more to read

I visit here first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed (which is where I'm off to now).

Hi, Laura!

I often find myself checking the board right after 9 pm, before I turn off the computer for the night, just to see what the first post will be .

Oh, that's me too! I love when there are lots of posts so I have something to read - tho sometimes I feel like I miss the beginning of lots of conversations when they start early east coast time - by the time I log on, it is afternoon for them, and I feel like anything I have to add may be redundant

Thanks.

Oh, and I totally relate about selling items. I hate doing Ebay, but I have been having luck selling there. But it is so much more complicated!

HP - how fun! Last month we got free HBO, and I must have watched the 5th movie 20 times. I would put it on while waiting for DH to come home, because I could watch it w/o having to pay close attention, so I could do other things at the same time.

I usually visit first thing in the morning too.

And then, if I am having a bad day, I visit a whole lot more!

I always have to check before bed too. Just in case someone has had something they needed to say or share or whatnot.

Oh, the time zones!
It used to be so easy when I was in the middle of the country and the differences were only an hour or two.
Now when I check in the morning, you all are sleeping. The ladies in Australia I think are in their evening hours, but I am not certain.
I check in the morning to catch up on the evening, most days, after lunch to catch up on early morning, and then in the evening to catch up on afternoons!
Today is our first day of school!
