Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just wanted to share that today is a special day for us! Jake, our oldest will be making his Confirmation this evening at 7:00! He has been preparing hard for this for two years now, and we’re just so blessed that this day has arrived! :o)

If you think of him this evening, and his Confirmation class (from our homeschooling group), we’d so cherish your prayers. :o)

Love,

(A very joy-filled)

Tracy

Prayers going out for Jake and his Cofirmation class tonight!
On days like today you see just how blessed we are to have our 7 Sacraments!

Well, it was the most beautiful Mass! Our Bishop of our diocese presided, and the pastor of the church, along with two of the priests who were a part of the Confirmani's retreat were there concelebrating as well.

The young men and women all looked SO beautiful/handsome, and you could just tell they were there because they took it seriously, and meant business!

Our local homeschooling group got special permission to make their Confirmation together. This is a very special thing to which we're so grateful, because they are all friends, and their making their Sacrament of Confirmation is very reverant.

I hadn't seen so many people in one place smiling at one time in such a long time. I can't even put it into words, but the Holy Spirt was certainly there among us, and we were all so full of joy!

Praise God!!!

Tracy
What a beautiful occasion. I can just picture it all now. Congratulations to Jake.

Actually I can picture it well, my Chiara is making her Confirmation in three days time at our annual homeschool camp. The energy every year is just awesome. And our Bishop does love coming.
